2024 Topps Baseball Update Series Hobby Box

It has been over almost 3 months from when I dropped the cards off to be graded and some were with a 14 day fast grading service you offer. I did not receive any communication and still have not received cards. Called and all I got was PSA is behind on services and they are in the final stages of grading. Why offer a 14 day service of which I paid extra for to be sorely dissatisfied with the overall customer service. I sent cards myself to be graded three weeks ago and just received them yesterday so I now know that the feedback I received when I called was not true. Poor customer service and communication!
