Pre-Order Policy

When you place a pre-order with CARDIACS Sports & Memorabilia, you’re reserving your product ahead of its official release date. This ensures your item is secured before it sells out or becomes difficult to find after release.

All release dates are determined by the manufacturer and are subject to change without notice. For the most accurate and up-to-date information, please check the product page regularly. 

If a release date changes, your order will remain active and will ship once the product is officially released. If you purchase multiple pre-order items with different release dates, your entire order will ship once all items are available.

Due to manufacturer shipping guidelines, we do not ship pre-order products until their official release date. Once the product is released and received in our warehouse, your order will be processed and shipped promptly.

Payment authorization occurs at checkout. Once your order is reviewed and confirmed by our team, your payment will be finalized and processed prior to the product’s release date.

While we allow cancellations by request, cancellations will be refunded minus a 10% restocking fee to cover processing and administrative costs.

We stand behind every pre-order placed with CARDIACS Sports & Memorabilia. If a pre-order price decreases before release day, customers must contact us directly to request a refund for the difference. We do not issue these adjustments automatically.

All confirmed pre-orders are guaranteed for fulfillment. In the rare instance that a manufacturer reduces production or allocation, our team will work closely with you to identify the best possible solution.
