Yes! Please visit the “Sell to CARDIACS” tab on our website for details on how to submit your items. We’re not able to review collections in-store, so all submissions must go through our online process.
No, we’re not able to offer card pricing services. A quick way to check values is on eBay: enter the year, brand, player’s name, and any special details (parallel, numbered, patch), then filter by “Sold Items” to see recent sale prices.
Hobby boxes usually guarantee at least one autograph or memorabilia card, while retail boxes don’t include guarantees. That’s why hobby boxes are more exclusive and typically found in card shops like CARDIACS, whereas retail boxes are sold at stores like Target and Walmart. Retail can still deliver big hits—you just need to check the odds listed on the back of the box. Keep in mind, the chances of pulling an autograph or relic card from retail are much lower.
Graded cards generally hold and increase their value better over time than raw cards, since grading preserves both condition and authenticity. Grading a rookie card of a promising player can be a strong long-term investment. Raw cards, however, still have a place. Many collectors prefer to sell them quickly without waiting for grading. Keep in mind that grading turnaround times at major companies are still slower than usual, with some services taking months. Because card values change quickly depending on player performance, it’s worth considering whether grading fits your goals. If you’re looking to sell short-term, raw may be the better choice unless you choose an expedited grading service.
We don’t currently offer card grading services. However, CARDIACS is exploring partnerships to help streamline grading submissions for our customers. Stay tuned for future updates!

Same Day Processing is provided on all in-stock items ordered prior to 2PM EST (excluding weekends and federal holidays)

Premium Delivery options are available at checkout. Select from FedEx Standard Overnight, FedEx 2Day, FedEx Express Saver, and FedEx Home Delivery.
Route Insurance we offer a 3rd party insurance option at checkout that will insure you package from the time it leaves our doors until you receive it! Stay protected from loss, damage, or theft by selecting this coverage at checkout.
Transit Times:
FedEx does not consider Saturday and Sunday as official transit days. This means that any orders placed on a Friday or over the weekend may not be processed until Monday, which can impact the overall delivery timeline. Be sure to plan accordingly and adjust your expectations accordingly to ensure a smooth and timely delivery.

Saturday delivery is not available for all locations. Saturday delivery request, we can attempted, if requested if the follow requirements apply:

AP, APO, FPO & PO Boxes:
United States Postal Service is the only service provider which will deliver to this addresses. Unfortunately, we cannot offer overnight or 2day shipping to these addresses.
International Customers:
Please note CARDIACS Sports and Memorabilia does not ship outside the United States or US Territories at this time.
Delivery Information:
Customers will receive an email with tracking information once the order has been processed and shipped. CARDIACS Sports and Memorabilia cannot make any changes after your item has shipped.
- Orders are typically pulled and packaged within 1 hour. However, please allow up to 2 hours depending on store and online traffic. You’ll receive an email notification once your order is ready for pickup.
- A government-issued photo ID and your order confirmation are required at pickup.
- The ID name must match the order name unless an alternate pickup person is designated during checkout.
- Alternate pickups must present their own photo ID and the purchaser’s order confirmation.
- The customer or alternate must sign for the order at pickup. This signature confirms receipt of all items in good condition.
- Once an order is signed for, it is considered delivered. No claims of non-receipt will be honored.
- We reserve the right to refuse pickup or restrict account privileges in cases of suspected fraud, abuse, or chargebacks.
Due to the nature of our business, we do not accept returns or exchanges on trading cards (singles, packs, or boxes) or memorabilia items with a Certificate of Authenticity.
We have a 14-day refund or exchange policy on items which are not trading cards or memorabilia items, which means you have 14 calendar days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at cardiacs@thecardiacs.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Trading cards (singles, packs, or boxes), memorabilia items with Certificate of Authenticity, sale items & gift card sale are final & not eligible for refund or exchange. Please get in touch with us at cardiacs@thecardiacs.com if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Trading cards (singles, packs, or boxes), memorabilia items with Certificate of Authenticity, sale items & gift card sales are final & not eligible for refund or exchange. There will be a small restocking fee charged for returns.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
