All confirmed pre-orders are guaranteed for fulfillment. In the rare instance that a manufacturer reduces production or allocation, our team will work closely with you to identify the best possible solution.

When you place a pre-order with CARDIACS Sports & Memorabilia, you’re securing your box ahead of its official release.

Please note: All release dates are determined by the manufacturer and may change without notice. For the most accurate information, we recommend checking the product page regularly. If a release date changes, your order will remain active and will ship on the new release date.

When multiple pre-order items with different release dates are purchased together, your full order will ship once all items are available.

Pre-orders generally ship on the official release date, depending on when the manufacturer delivers inventory to us.

Payment Details

Payment authorization occurs at checkout. Once reviewed and confirmed by our team, your payment will be finalized and processed prior to the release date.

While we allow cancellations by request, cancellations will be refunded minus a 10% cancellation fee to cover processing and administrative costs.
